The Rt. Rev. George D. Young III, bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of East Tennessee, will lead a community worship service celebrating Black History Month at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23, at the Episcopal Church of the Ascension, 800 S. Northshore Drive, Knoxville, Tenn. 37919.
